Hello
I'm Jenn, a Clinical Psychologist.

I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges. If you're feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I take a compassionate, trauma-focused, and nervous system-informed approach, ensuring that therapy isn't just about talking, but also about helping your body to feel safe again.
My Therapeutic style
The therapeutic space should be a place where you can feel heard, understood and truly seen. My approach is warm, compassionate and collaborative. I know that starting therapy and talking about your thoughts and feelings can feel daunting, and I want you to feel comfortable and supported every step of the way.

In our work together, you can expect:

A supportive space: No matter what you bring to therapy (your fears, frustrations, hopes and uncertainties) you will be met with understanding, not judgment. I want you to feel safe enough to share your story, learn to sit with difficult emotions, and to explore the parts of yourself that may have felt unseen or unexpressed elsewhere.

Deep exploration: Together, we'll look to understand not only your struggles, but also who you are as a person. We'll explore your identities, values, and the life experiences that have shaped you. I can help you explore the influence of systemic factors, such as family, relationships, work and sociopolitical changes. Therapy can help you to find ways to solve problems; it can also help you to make sense of the chaos, understand yourself more fully, and uncover what truly matters to you.

Compassion and challenge: If you are looking for growth and change in therapy, I will gently challenge you when needed, encouraging you to reflect in new ways, question old patterns and step outside of your comfort zone when the time is right. I won't push you before you're ready, and I will help you move forward.

Meaningful change: Therapy isn't just talking, it's about transformation. My goal is for you to leave each session with greater clarity, insight and practical tools to navigate challenges.
